Amazing staff who are very kind. They make you feel at home. Area is not commercial and rather real regular people of Bangkok live. So you really get to see how people live and it’s great to be in the area. Rooms are much larger that most hotels and short-term rentals for the same price.

For the Price, it was just OK. The staff was very kind and helpful and I was really grateful for the free shuttle service. It was also very convenient to have a 7-11 next door. The downside for me was the bed was so hard and uncomfortable, I ended up sleeping on the sofa during my 4 night stay. I also didn't require maid service during my stay which seemed to annoy the staff (a somewhat nasty note was slipped under my door saying this was not exceptable and they needed access to the room - whatever) Different country, different rules. Overall, the price was very affordable, so a decent budget choice.

The property was all around good. Nothing bad & nothing overly great about it. It got the job done for the 2 days I stayed. The area around the hotel is extremely “local”. At night it can feel a bit sketchy but I had no problems.

Fight for a clean towel.!
Bad experience. I had to fight to get a simple fresh shower towel. They don’t care about anything. Bathroom was old like from 70s. The bed was like a piece of rock. I reserved the studio the size was large enough. I’d rather stay somewhere else.

It was good, but I won’t be coming back. The bed was absolutely horrible and the people in my hallway were very loud. You can hear every thing from the hallway. Nobody did anything about it unfortunately. The area is good, but a bit remote.

Almost perfect
Everything was great except the mattress on the bed being so worn out that it was very difficult to get a good nights sleep. Also that the room lacked a microwave. But there were plenty of great places to eat in this quiet soi off of Dindaeng att soi 2. Overall I give it 4.7 out of 5.

The kitchen is a lie. It is unusable.
I was hear for medical and wanted a place for a month. I rented the suite to have a complete apartment, but the kitchen doesn't work. the stove is blocked off, no microwave, do dishes, nothing, just an empty kitchen. The hotel doesn't make it clear that the kitchen is not usable. There is no reason to get a suite, just get a standard room if you are thinking of staying here.
