The hotel is older but well maintaned with a friendly staff. The property is clean and well maintained. Internet was high speed and television new. There was no microwave or hot pot which would have been nice. There was a Nespresso machine to make morning coffee. I have stayed here multiple times and the upgrades from the base room seem worth the cost.

excellent staff. wanted to order something for a friend while in Bangkok, and the lady at the front desk was kind enough to help me with the address, and then kind enough to talk to "lalamove" to confirm they had the correct information for the delivery. OUTSTANDING service! (i'm sorry- i meant to get her name, but i kept missing my chance). The porter (i believe Todsapron?-early afternoon shift) was also very helpful with luggage, questions, and getting taxis. great location and a fantastic price. larger sized room for the area. rooms could use a refresh, but hard to beat the value. would stay again.

We often stay in Lotus while visiting Bangkok. Great location and price typically is hard to beat for this level of hotel. They've been slowly upgrading, but it is still showing it's age. Good size rooms and we often get upgraded to higher level rooms. Good size pool where can swim laps. One thing I wish they do more regularly is to clean room windows on the outside. Hotel has beautiful views of the city, but durty windows are distracting.

My room was wonderfully large which allowed me to feel more at home. The facilities are first rate and the access to major malls and traffic areas will get you anywhere you want to go. A special shout out to the tour crew who suggested some great activities and over the coarse of my stay, became friends. I highly recommend the LOTUS!

Convenient location

I stayed there for 10days, changing rooms twice. The location was very convenient,close to the station and many shopping malls. It was generally comfortable, but later in the day, the amenities in the room were not replenished,which caused some problems. I would like to stay here again if I come to Bangkok. Thank you.

Property is good but staff is reserved and no so helpful in carrying the luggage or showing the room. If you are pure vegetarian or vegan, the break fast has very limited option and mostly focused on Japanese cuisine
