Outdated and under construction
The location is convenient to public transportation, BTS, water taxi etc., however, trying to enter exit the hotel is challenging. There is construction going on inside and around the hotel which made it difficult to access the street. Doors were locked making it difficult to enter exit. If you are parkinga car, it takes 15 minutes just to drive to check in and then have to walk up addtional stairs to the lobby. In the parking garage, there are refrigerators, a/c units, and other construction materials lined up the walls. Breakfast was good. Hotel is old and is being updated but they did not explain that to us before or during check in.

Fantastic place
All the staff is very friendly and helpfull. The location is the best with the concenience of having the supermarket downstairs and Robinson Department store with direct access from the hotel. BTS is 5 minures walk away as well as the hop on hop off boat over the river and the Icon Siam shopping centre shuttle boat.
