Very nice hotel and staff so friendly and helpful ,easy to find thing to eat and shop so convenient to walk but it’s very hard to find it because the street so narrow for the traffic.

The room we stayed in could use updating. The facilities were a little run down and outdated. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The location was good for shopping and eating but not very accessible on foot.

The A/C did not cool but the reason for the low stars is because they are crooks. They charged us $20 US for an old sheet that had some tiger balm on a corner which could wash out with soap. DO NOT RECOMMEND they will try to nickel & dime you. You basically can sweat on those raggedy sheets.

No toothbrush or toothpaste. No slippers despite website stating there is. Air con wasn’t cold enough bedsheets were dirty. Wasn’t even a phone for me to call for reception. Wifi was poor. The water from the tap turned into rusty water a few time during bath. A very poor hotel and grab drivers didn’t want to come in as hotel was in alley had a difficult time getting grab.

The hotel is sort of in a dead end road so cab drivers refuse to drive in to drop off. They will drop off at the main road area and you will need to walk in.
