This is a very nice property at a good price. However there is major construction going on for the elevated train system that makes it difficult to get to. The entranceway to the resort is really shoddy. Also we checked in at 11pm after flying 20 hours. The room was nice but air conditioning wasn’t working. It took several calls and two visits from the maintenance guy to get it working. How could cleaners visit the room and not know it needed fixing? We didn’t get to sleep until 1 am. No reall apology or adjustment in cost. The next day we got massages at the spa which was very good in a very pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was also good with good service. I do recommend the place but hope the management reads this and makes improvements. And informs people in advance about construction. The shuttle I coulfdnt take because it runs infrequently. Taxi was expensive.
