Excellent family hotel
Our teenage girls loved the facilities - sauna steam room jacuzzi, infinity pool, badminton, tennis - one week stay was not enough! Breakfast was great and the lunch and food by the pool. You can bring your own wine to the restaurant too. Attached to terminal 21 and asok station means you can get around anywhere quick.

Staff was friendly! Wasnt able to check in early due to booked rooms but staff was accomdating to hold our luggages and asked if we would like to shower at the pool area. Convenient to catch the bts train and mall is literally right next door. Room felt spacious and city view was nice!

We were welcomed by a live violinist. Bell service immediately took our bags. There is a drinks station at reception with a variety of hot and cold. Reception, Bell service, concierge and housekeeping were all prompt. There was never a wait time nor did they ever say no to any request. I requested extra laundry detergent (yes I had requested a room with laundry in room) and 2 mins later they were at my door. The room was perfect and had large windows with automatic roll up blinds. Both the mall and train stations were directly accessible from indoor. The hotel was very popular, we used many taxi and grab rides and only had to mention the hotel name and the driver knew where to go. Trains are better because the are is very busy and always have traffic but we liked using vehicles to see the area. This hotel is highly recommended.

The hotel is very good in many 👌 areas.
The location is very good . It's close to many hotels and services. The only thing which i experienced was breakfast menu which was based on fareast need.
