Accomodation was acceptable, concierge staff very helpful & friendly. Happy to help out all the time. Rooms were cleaned late afternoon ~ used to have rooms cleaned in the mornings. Sometimes when we got back at around 3pm, rooms not done, we put DND sign as we just wanted to relax a couple of hours to be then refresh & go out for dinner

Room hadn’t been cleaned properly and there were crisps behind curtain which brought many ants. Room booked for 3 but no bedding for 3rd person and mattress on fold out stained. Breakfast poor, milk warm and offerings looked nothing like the pictures in reception. Steps beside pool incredibly dangerous.

First off this is my second time here, first time in Batiment B was great. This time around in Batiment A not so much. The staff member that checked me in was rude but the rest of the staff is really nice though. He gave me a room where internet wasn’t working, right in front of a construction site with drilling noises all day. I’m pretty sure he did it knowingly and out of spite, he had that type of energy. The room had stains on the bed board and on the sink and you couldn’t close the window in the bathroom so mosquitoes would fly in. Overall not a good experience.

OK for a short stay
I stayed there for a short day and a short night after flying from the South of Thailand and before flying home. The staff was nice, but I didn’t like the neighborhood. Also, there is AC in the rooms, but not in the hallways and the elevators leading to the rooms (at least in our block). I did not try the pool or the restaurant.
