My regular hotel in BKK. Location is great! I was late to check-in, but you were friendly and did not bother me. This hotel will be my 1st choice for my next stay in BKK.

Great location!
Location is very convenient ,close to Phrom phong BTS and Malls. Room service is fast and the food is great! Bedding and carpet is clean. A 24hr operating 7-11 in the hotel. Hotel does supply toothbrush if u ask the Front desk. Bathroom facilities are clean, carpets beddings are new. Will definitely recommend it to others!

喜出望外嘅招待
酒店地理位置一流，酒店樓下有 7–11，附近有多間按摩店，找換店，大型商場以及步行出路口就係 BTS 站 。酒店自助早餐價格比高。房間簡潔乾淨舒適。酒店職員每位都面上掛滿笑容。招呼一流。估唔到嘅係同行朋友生日正日於酒店食自助餐嘅時候，職員送上蛋糕及唱生日歌慶生。 晚上回到房間嘅時候更送上生日貼心佈置及生日蛋糕令人十分喜出望外。。 下次再到曼谷旅行必定會再次入住 Isis。

A pleaaant stay at a convenient location
Very convenient location with the BTS station just 3 min walk away. The very nice Emporium mall is literally 1 minute walk from the hotel lobby and has direct access into the BTS station. It makes it even more convenient on rainy days. The 7-11 right next to the lobby makes getting a late night snack super convenient. The check-in process was quick, staff was friendly, and the price was right. The room itself was small but has everything that i needed for a solo trip. The bed is hard and i found it very comfortable. The washroom was clean but the towels were quite worn. I know Ibis is a budget chain but it would be nice to have towels in a little better condition. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Shower did not drain well and would pool. Every time we showered, we were standing in our own dirty water. Walls are thin, when neighbors got back to their room, we would hear loud talking, laughing, etc. Tried to speak with front desk regarding options, and was told to inquire with surrounding hotels for availabilities, but our room was non refundable. No attempt to help or try in any way to make our stay more enjoyable. Gate security would smile and greet certain guests, but immediately look anyway and ignore us when he saw me and my wife walking right behind. I dislike establishments that treat paid guests differently because of their ethnicity. Even though our booking was non-refundable, we still ended up leaving two days early and booked new reservations at the hotel across the street. We’ve stayed at other Ibis’ in Hong Kong and Japan, and always had great experiences- hence the choice to book here with a name that we recognized. Sadly, this property did not deliver.

Excellent Location, near to BTS Station and shopping mall. Plus directly below the hotel is 7 Eleven, very convenient to get your food and supplies in the middle of the night.
