This is a big old hotel about 14 story. I stayed on the 11th floor all 14 days that I stayed the room was always make up and that floor was quite not hearing doors shutting or noises one down side was that this hotel sit next to the small canal beside the hotel. This canal is very nasty looks like there is no drainage the water is filthy black and smell very badly at the certain time of days I can smell it if i open my window or step on the balcony yes I'm on the 11 th floor, overall consider this area is very busy due to big mall next door and small one across the street and food are everywhere this fits my needed

Smell stink inside the room in the first room and
And the second room wasn't clean, long hair on the cooker, we killed 2 cockroach, room was run down, fungus on Celling toilet , smell water from channel near by and noisy from the road , we asked for changing room instead and changing to another hotel.

still value for money.
We stayed here because its beside THE MALL Bangkapi. Opposite the road is a huge TESCO supermarket. By staying here, allowed us to shop & shop and put some of purchases back into the room first and walk straight back to the mall. Many street vendors, local shops and restaurants outside THE MALL Bangkapi & TESCO Supermarket. Indeed rooms are old but we had newly installed SHARP air conditioning in our room. Very powerful, cold and quiet multi system. We stayed in Executive Suite, came with 2 separate toilets but still no bathtub. Kitchenette has a hot plate but no cooker, no pot, no water boiler, no cutlery, no plate. There're a few English TV channels. For the current pricing, we will still consider staying in this hotel.

It is not near to the city centre like Central World and Chatochak but then it is where the local people live! Near the bus and ferry terminal which makes us easier to experience the transportation!!

The stay was average.. Wi-fi was not working for half of our stay.. Staff were co-operative.. Lift was in a pathetic condition, it never use to stay 4 more than 2 seconds in a floor, which made us very difficult to move in and out with luggage.. Lights were not proper.. No mirror in the room..
