The staff was absolutely fantastic and offered a great service. Its a shame the hotel has no bar or serves alcohol. Our room was ok, the bathroom was not clean and the outlets in the bathroom couldn't be used as the ports were blocked. The Tuk Tuk drivers were quite annoying as we left the hotel, but accepting a humble no.

Honestly, I have stayed here a few times. This last visit, the complimentary minibar which had useful late-night cup noodles, has vanished. Also, having booked 2 rooms for 3 adults and 2 kids (my eldest kid is over 12), we were not able to get next door rooms. I didn't even expect adjoining but the hotel didn't look that full. And as for breakfast, the spread is still good, but they adhere so rigidly to the 2 persons per room, unwilling to even consider that my rooms had 2 kids below 12. They counted one of the kids as an adult (free) and made us buy an additional child breakfast daily. Not like it was ridiculously expensive, but the service touch from my last few visits has faded.
