Es un lindo hotel, bien ubicado. Cierra precio calidad. Las habitaciones estan correctas pero son de cierta antigüedad, sin embargo bien mantenidas y limpias. Al desayuno le falta opciones occidentales. El aire acondicionado en el lobby es muy fuerte y no hay forrma que lo bajen. La atención del personal es muy buena, con gente bien predispuesta.

First the very good thing obout it is the buffet in the morning very good quality and a lot of choices. But the hotel needs to be more taking care of the cleaning of the rooms and the rooms quality very poor conditions. And I he day of check out we put our luggage at the front desk to have breakfast and the personnel in charge of the Of luggage’s gave our luggage’s the unknown driver, we had an airplane to take that morning. We tried to talk to them and to the manager, they where taking in Thai and not giving us any information. They only thing that the manager said is I am investigating the matter but wait and will see , he told us go to the airport and will see if we could retrieve the driver. After almost loosing our flight and all the stress of the missing luggage’s, they found the luggage. But the story is all the stress that they put us in there and not having any info all along.

I was expecting way more than I received. I did not receive any membership perks, it was dirty, breakfast was a chaotic mess, staff in lobby were good. After lobby, the place was downhill. So very disappointed from the time I stepped off the elevator to go to my room. Hallways seemed like a cheap motel with paint cracked and peeling. Watch out on the elevator, it snaps shut. Pool area was unappealing, didn’t even bother. So disappointed in the whole stay.
