Located at Sukhumvit Road where it is combined between modern civilization and old building perfectly. Although, Sukhumvit Road has civil commotion, we tried to select the location which all guest can be the most relaxed with the place.

Stay at Terrace 39
The owner was very prompt in his reply. The room looks exactly what it is, clean and basic. Room is sufficient for 4 persons (2 adults and kids) There are 2 air cons in the room. Areas of improvement: 1. Based on the the number of nights, more shower gel and shampoo could be provided. 2. Walk from BTS was around 15 mins. With kids, it’s a bit of walk. Some taxis are not able to locate on gps. 3. We did see some rats outside the house. But we Guess it’s around in Bangkok streets. There are some cats around as well.
