When going to Bangkok, we always stay at the Park Plaza. It has very comfortable bedding and pillows. The staff is always so nice. Breakfast is really good. The only complaint I have is that the coffee machines at breakfast only make a very small amount. I literally have to brew it twice to make one cup of coffee

Was surprised that the Superior Room was of decent size, and they accommodated my request for a high floor room. Would have have given 5-Stars, but the staffs forgot to replace the towels and amenities on 1 occasion. Also, the Gym should have a water cooler for the guests. Would return to stay at this hotel.

The service was excellent. Staff courteous. Location was best! Walking distance to BTS and MRT and Terminal 21. However a few things to note though. I really don't understand why couldn't they give dental kit by default? We had to call to ask for it? The wifi needed upgrading as the signal could be weak. The pillows need to be upgraded. Too flat even though I stacked 2 pillows. Here was the weirdest part. First night everything was ok. Second night I came back to hotel room filled with cigarette smoke. I thought someone might have smoked along the corridor. Went out to the corridor and no smell there. I left the hotel room door open to air the room. However the smell kept coming back. It was through the aircon vent. It kept me awake the entire night. Complained next morning and was told the hotel was a smoke free hotel. Contradicting! Third night was ok. No more cigarette smell. Another thing I like about this hotel was noise insulating. Very well done!

The area is buatling with shopping malls and restaurants. Very close to public transportation. The property has aged not sonwell qnd you can see the wear and tear in the room amenities. Air conditioning was very good though and not blowing in your face. The only inconvenience was a concierge loudly knocking on my door at 7:30 AM to hand me over a bottle of water, even though I had the do not disturb sign activated.

Nice, Quiet, Clean Hotel
From the moment my taxi arrived, the service was impeccable. Nice, spacious corner room. Nothing fancy but clean and in good condition. Lots of bathroom amenities and minibar options. Very close to Benjakitti park, my go to running location. Very quiet room as well. I will return if my travels take me to that area again.

Good location
I would not consider this a four star hotel and I am surprised it is a Park Plaza. The services are very limited with no bar, average restaurant, friendly but not especially professional staff which is exceptional in Bangkok. The rooms are a good size but they are old, tired which explains why they do not feel especially clean. The location is very convenient for Asok. The rate is good for a four star hotel but at the higher end for a three star which how I suggest this should be classified.

Great stay, very close to train station!
The hotel stay was very nice, close to the train station and Terminal 21 shopping mall which was very great to walk especially during the night time. The hotel staff members was so kind and always opened the door for us whenever we leave or enter haha very nice service. However, for the cleanliness, the toilet shower hose was little dirty.. can’t really tell through bare eyes but this unknown black substance was falling down whenever water gets on the shower hose. Other than that, everything was great!
