The staff was helpful, but the room was very dated. There was a restaurant at the hotel, and a lot of outdoor shopping markets, but no sit down restaurants.

The room was nice and well furnished. AC was cooling and the tv worked well. Staff communicated well and eager to help out at all time. The food choices for the breakfast was amazing as well. Got alot of mini shops outside and behind the hotel, including 7 11 beside it at the ground floor. the hotel is built on a mall, so make sure to check it out. In overall we enjoyed our stay.

My family enjoyed our stay at Prince Palace Hotel. It's one of the last few old school hotels with excellent service compared to the newer hotels. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable. Will go back next time.
