Thoughtful and prompt service takes the cake!
Loved the room. Super lux and fancy with the view of the city. Service was stellar as the staff on call (via WA) was quick to meet out requests. Housekeeping was prompt and I think they cleaned up the room twice a day. Love the thoughtfulness and little surprises they left in the room (or sweets, handwritten notes and glass cleaners). Have stayed in various 5* hotels but the service here takes the cake

The service of the hotel was excellent. We were given iced cold bottle of mineral water upon check in. Left my pair of spectacles on the table and when I came back in the evening, I found a piece of specs cloth next to it for me to clean my lenses. The small gesture tells us how attentive the housekeeping staff is. We love the breakfast at the hotel too. A very good selection and varieties.

We had the most wonderful 2 night stay at the Rosewood Bangkok. Everyone was so cheerful, kind and helpful! Special thanks to housekeeping who worked diligently to clean the coffee stain from my white linen outfit. We had a wonderful conversation with Ms. Punch at breakfast, who gave us great advice on where to visit, and the porters and bell staff were absolutely fabulous helping us find a taxi during the height of rush hour traffic to make our dinner reservation. The concierge team was excellent and so kind. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
