This property is conveniently located just off Asok Montri Road, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. It offers good value for money. I found my room a little dark, but grew accustomed to it. It is slightly above street level so it is a matter of hauling one's bags up a short slope to get to the hotel door.

The building is modern with a cool design and decorations. The room is nicely decorated, very clean, modern, with a nice bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly, polite, and professional. They allowed me a late check-out and gave me some extra coffee in the morning when I requested it. Also gave me some friendly tips where I could buy some things I needed. Great place, wonderful staff, excellent location, and a very good price. Highly recommend.

Good rooms and excellent location
Clean, comfortable boutique hotel. Lovely Japanese Izakaya across the street that doesn't charge VAT and service. Terminal 21 shopping mall is a 5mins walk and so is Soi Cowboy. Interior lighting could be a bit better ... can't see much in blue light!

provide more than one day of water
Better than expected. Room was big and clean and well appointed. I think it was very good value for money. The only issue is that I think it would be good if they gave you water each day and not just on your first day. It costs very little but is a huge inconvenience to realise you have none and have to go and buy it. I will certainly stay there again

Love this place. A little out of the ordinary in style but with everything you need. Great location. Friendly staff, a great downstairs bar. Highly Recommend.

Hotel located in a good location no doubt! Style and design are stylish & nice! However amenities like air con , water heater and toilet bowl are old and don’t function very well... day 1 check In , water leaking from air con, by evening it’s like I have a mini rainfall in my room! Before I’m allow to change my room Bathtub look nice but lack of steps to safety climb in and out... taking a bath daily has a risks of slipping falling! Most importantly! Be carful of valuable belonging as House keeping is a theft , and counter staff are very uncooperative
