Likes: Nice quiet rooms and friendly good housekeeping (thank you), excellent breakfasts in Club Room with great city views, Laundry service, lobby lounge, pool area, staff in general were friendly and helpful. Dislikes: Construction noise at hotel entrance - will construction ever be finished?, club room checkins (compared to friendlier club room checkins in prior years). That said, I like this hotel and would stay here again.

I did not like as a fact that I am executive and as the second time, I’m there, they should act properly and put me an executive room which I request that long time ago and I bought the hotel and month and a half ago and I’m a repeat customer Had a horrible room and last night I paid a lot of money to be an executive which is not cool. They didn’t do me any favor the benefits your second time I repeat the same hotel.

Noisy from traffic and SkyTrain even though we were 27 floors up. Room walls thin. Could hear shower a d people coughing next door. Limited dining due to refurbishment work that we thought would be finished before we arrived. Staff were very polite and helpful. Convenient location for SkyTrain station.
