Good service hotel
We are happy to stay with the Main block, the place is new and clean. Overall staff are with smiles and good service. However, it is rather crowded in cafe during breakfast period, the staff must be flexible to allocate the tables. There are lots of 4 people table, we are 2 persons, they are not flexible to rearrange, but asked me to sit in a crowded area with 2 persons table. 4 persons table are usual in window area and less crowded. As to the bath gel, shampoo amenities, they should apply more environmentally bottles or refill bottles. To me, the smells of such are too strong. Please adjust to more refreshing smells. Seen is definite a nice experience to us.

My partner and I had great time in Valia hotel staff always alert and welcoming Fair one of the staff help us a lot she is amazing and respectful. Also other staff in Resturant and at the hotel entrance door are amazing. We spend six days in this hotel on this trip and four days in our previous trip to Bangkok on May 2024. I recommend this hotel to any one who come to Bangkok.

Advancement of Shuttle Service & Water Supply
Overall, I satisfied with my stay experience at Valia during my business trip. I much appreciated the shuttle bus service which is super helpful as a tourist and very essential to connect the closest BTS Phrom Phong station for travelling and exploring other places in Bangkok. Please keep this service!! I also appreciated that Valia has shuttle service between QSNCC and hotel. However, it would be ideal to advance this service with more timeslots like 0730, 0800, 0830...etc. Since the size of vehicle is relatively small, it can't occupy too many clients each time. Therefore, I think number of timeslots helps to ease clients' concern on transportation in the morning from hotel to QSNCC. On thing which I am not so satisfied is the water supply issue. When I had shower, the temperature of water supply wasn't stable (Suddenly too hot or too cold, that's annoying) Also, the water supply is too weak. I am not sure whether it's the problem of water supply pressure. I had stayed in Valia twice in 2023 & 2024 and I experienced water supply problem twice as mentioned as above, that means, this problem is not fixed or it can't be fixed. I had stayed at Zleepmotion once (which is a mini hotel opposite to Valia), the power of water supply of Zleepmotion is excellent. Please try to address and improve the water supply as Valia is a much premium hotel than your neighbor Zleepmotion.
