Summary - A welcoming two-storey cottage for four in the heart of Menai Bridge, with two downstairs bedrooms and a bathroom and living space on the first floor making the most of the wonderful views out across the Menai Strait.

Dog Friendly - One medium dog or two small dogs welcome (£20 extra per dog per stay)

Suitability - This is an "upside-down" cottage with both bedrooms and bathroom downstairs and living space upstairs on first floor, accessed by stairs.

Bedrooms - Both bedrooms are downstairs. Bedroom 1 - double bedroom. Bedroom 2 - double bedroom.

Bathrooms - Modern family bathroom with bath and shower over, basin, WC & heated towel rail.

Kitchen/Dining and seating area - Well equipped fitted kitchen. Gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, Iron & ironing board. Dining table seating 4. Two comfortable sofas & Smart TV. French doors leading out onto the first-floor balcony.

Outdoors - There is a balcony on the first-floor. The house also has a small back yard.

Parking - On-road parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces generally available but there is a payable public car park in the town approx 300 yds away.

Children - Travel cot (no bedding) and high chair available on request when booking. Children should be supervised when on the first-floor balcony.
