Enjoy the beautiful mountain views without having to climb any steps! This cozy one-story condo in the heart of Banner Elk is the ideal location for your next adventure. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open area with a wall of windows is the perfect place for a family or a group of friends to unwind and reconnect. The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials for everyday meals. The wrap-around balcony is the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the views and tranquility of the mountains. Relax while planning your next adventure. Please, note that there is no A/C. In the mountains, most summer days are comfortable with open windows and ceiling fans. This condo is in a first floor, no stairs to climb, but you may hear the upstairs neighbors moving around. Not suited for light sleepers.

Good Place to stay!
Overall our stay was really good. Location is great and walking distance from the little banner elk town and restaurant. Quick drive to sugar and beech mountains. As mentioned you can really hear the people walking around upstairs. But we don’t have any complaints about this place.

Wonderful Location
The condo was wonderfully located within walking distance to downtown Banner Elk which was great not having to use a car. The condo itself was very clean and well maintained. Certainly, this was one trip I’ll never forget.

Enjoyable stay in Banner Elk
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Banner Elk. The home was very clean and comfortable for our family of four and my father. The location is very convenient and we walked down the hill into town for a delicious dinner at Sorrento’s one evening. It is a short drive to skiing at Sugar Mountain and Tubing at Hawks Nest. Communication with the owner was great and we felt safe staying here.

Love Banner Elk
If you are looking for “high end”, this Condo is not for you. It is comfortable & clean and owner goes out of the way to provide lots of little conveniences in bathroom & kitchen. **Owner quickly responds to email and easy to ask questions . It is a great location to visit all near interest points & restaurants. Great location to use nearby ski and snow tubing venues. However, the electric heat system is a tad outdated and not sure how comfortable it would be on a cold winter day.The outside deck is small but a nice place to sit but not for outdoor table eating. The owner asks that the gas log fireplace be not used but it is small and not in the best location anyway. There is no hot tub on the property. Price point is reasonable and the pictures are accurate. Great for a family to be together, play board games and visit the wonderful area of Banner Elk There is no live TV but streaming works well for movies. A nice basic Condo that we would book again as it meets our simple needs to be together and visit all the resources of the area.

Great location and property
We came to the area with friends to get a Christmas tree and to do some holiday shopping. The house is in a great location. Walking distance to banner elk. The home was very cosy for our party of 8. We had everything that we needed at the condo to make our stay enjoyable. The host was very responsive. We hope to come back to this condo and area again next year.

Location! Location! Location!
This property was perfect for our long weekend away. The property LITERALLY overlooks downtown Banner Elk…. If the weather is nice you can walk just about everywhere! The condo was clean, cozy, and the BEDS were some of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in! The owner was SO helpful and communicative, which made the whole process so easy (check in, recommendations, etc). I would HIGHLY a recommend this property and hope to stay there again myself!

Cozy Condo 8/2023
This condo was conveniently located, clean and well equipped. They even included amenities that you get in hotels in case you forgot something. I have never stayed at a rental tgat provided the basic cooking supplies (salt, pepper, olive oil etc) and then some (coffee, tea and hot chocolate). Communications with the owner were a breeze! Great place to stay in Banner Elk!
