Check out this remodeled condo at the Glen on Sugar Mountain. Brand new flooring, kitchen, bath accents and so much more. You'll love the spacious living area complete with a real stone gas log fireplace, cathedral ceilings and lots of light. Outside there's a private balcony overlooking a little brook and a forest of rhododendron. This Glen condo is very close to Sugar Mountain's challenging golf course, the Har-Tru tennis courts, and in the winter, within walking distance to Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, which also has tubing and ice skating. If you don't want to walk or drive, this condo is also right at the weekend courtesy shuttle pick up point.

Sugar Mountain Resort is just minutes away from this condo, where you'll find an outdoor skating rink, snow tubing, mountain bike tours and a full golf course. There are plenty of restaurants close by, including Elevations Restaurant and Reid's Cafe. The unit was fine however we did. Or have any water when we checked in. Called Vacasa and was told they had sent a message to local rep and we would get a call that night or the morning. No one ever called. Luckily we were able to figure our someone had turned off the water switch.

We used this condo for a weekend trip for a family wedding. The condo was nice and clean except for the sofa bed. There were plenty of crumbs and dirt when we opened it up. And there were no sheets available for it. No Kleenex were available either

Perfect!!
This was the perfect condo for a girls get away with my friend and our daughters! Great location to all the fun area adventures spots (Apline Coaster, ropes course, Nmmer Elk park and Cafe, Banner Elk and Granfather Mountain Winery, Grandfather Mountain, Valle Crucis Mast General Store with park and wading in the Wautaga River, Otter Falls, Boone for shopping and lunch)! We need to go back soon to add new adventures to our list! The condo was so cozy, clean, and thoroughly enjoyable! It’s in a gorgeous location and even not being golfers we got to enjoy the beaitiful scenery of the course. It’s really easy to get to with a grocery minutes away!

Presidents Day weekend 2022
We LOVED the location of this condo! We walked to the slopes, skating and tubing! Plenty of room for 2 families. The gas fireplace was perfect after a long day on the slopes. The upstairs bedrooms got warm but the fans worked well to cool them off. Would definitely stay here again!

Pretty good location, visible to the golf course, very short drive to skiing, skating, tubing Pretty dark at night so if you plan to arrive late bring a flashlight Checking in and out easy, we didn’t cook but close to some restaurants and a grocery store Unit has a keurig for coffee which makes everything easy

Our family enjoyed this rental. It was as advertised and had room for all in our group (and a few that didn't make the trip). Kitchen was well stocked. Location of rental is convenient to activities. Some light switches are in weird places but they are marked.

House was lovely and clean. Supplies were great. Had everything we needed. The only problem was we came back one night and the electricity had gone out ( no fault of the owners). Flash lights or lanterns would have been really nice to have at that time. We had little children who were really scared of the dark. Great house. I’d stay there again.

Pictures online were not the same as the actual unit. Unit was dirty with lots of old pots and pans along with newer ones. Bottom Oven drawer was very Dirty. There was always a dirty, musty smell.

Not what we expected
Three main areas of concern were cleanliness, noisy and thin king mattress in upstairs bedroom, and communication with property manager. The floors and toilets were the two areas that we cleaned ourselves. We mentioned our concern with the mattress to the Local property Manager office but nothing was done regarding that. There has been a lack of communication with the property manager since a few days before we even booked. Mostly none of my questions were ever answered and those that were took a long time for the reply. We will not return to this rental again.
