Mr Kim went above and beyond for us during our stay. I cannot say enough for how thoughtful and personable he was to make it more comfortable for us when we arrived after being sick in Hanoi. Such great value for money as well with a wonderful breakfast and close to the lake.

Staff was very attentive in all respects from front desk to dining room. Willing to help with any need. Only drawback was due to location which really isn't in their control due to hilly nature of the town.
