This 1BR apt is centrally located for great hiking, dining, and golfing. Ravens' Perch sits atop our detached 2-car garage, with its own enclosed entrance and outside parking space. The space is pet-friendly, but there is a standard pet fee. When booking, please let us know if you are bringing a four-legged friend.

There are stairs leading up to the apartment, so guests must be comfortable and able to climb. The apartment has a studio feel, but does have a separate bedroom for privacy. There is a queen bed in the bedroom, and a futon in the living room. Wifi allows for Amazon and Apple tv streaming. The kitchen space is small, but well equipped for most needs. The bathroom has a shower and a washer/dryer unit. The unit is cooled/heated by a heat pump, so there is air conditioning available in the warmer months.

There is a small side yard space for your use only, with a charcoal grill and propane fire pit. We have two river kayaks (only safe for freshwater) that you are welcome to borrow, but you must have means of transporting them (we do have foam supports and straps for your rack).

The location is great, being a short (~8 min) bike ride to Acadia National Park's network of carriage paths, and an easy walk to town (~10-15 mins) so you can avoid parking fees. The Island Explorer passes right by the property, which will take you all over the island for free. There is a local seafood shop (Parson's) 4 doors down, and Kebo Golf Course is just beyond that.
This apartment's great location gets high marks from our customers. During your stay, you're just a quick walk from Acadia National Park. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the apartment.

Lovely little property and perfectly located for adventures in Bar Harbor and the national park! Acadia base
The Perch rocked it as a base camp for the two of us. So inviting, great location, and well thought out by Jen. When we wished we had brought a few things, like hot cocoa or a cooler bag, we simply looked around and discovered how prepared our hosts were even when we failed. Sweet Acadia stay!

My girlfriend and I (and dog) enjoyed our stay at the “Raven’s Perch”. Everything was as advertised - clean, very well equipped and a great location for accessing downtown Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park and Mt. Desert Island. Our host, Jen, was very responsive. We loved the Raven's Perch
We absolutely loved our time at the Raven's Perch. Our host Jen created such a comfortable, well decorated space with lots of thoughtful amenities that were greatly appreciated. Really close to Cadillac Mt entrance and the proximity to the center of Bar Harbor was perfect - walkable for most or a very short drive. We spent a lot of time outside, but were always very happy to come back to the "Perch" where we felt right at home. :-)

Raven’s Perch
Raven’s Perch in Bar Harbor exceeded all expectations! As listed the space is only 1 mile to downtown and easily accessible to all Acadia National Park has to offer. Jen has done a terrific job furnishing the 2nd floor space with everything needed be it for a short or extended stay. The accommodation is new, fresh, appealing and quite comfortable. Jen was a wonderful, personable host who offered many options for places to see and things to do during our 3nite stay. Recommend the Bar Harbor Inn for a relaxing late lunch overlooking the beautiful Harbor, the Ocean Trail hike in Acadia and Beals Lobster Pier in Southwest Harbor for lobsters of any size, blackened scallops and a nice selection of wine and draft beers. This was our first visit to Bar Harbor and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic pet-friendly stay near Acadia and Bar Harbor
This was the perfect location, close to the town of Bar Harbor and the entrance to Acadia. It was only a 5-minute drive to the Cadillac mountain entrance which was great for watching the sunrise at the summit. Bar Harbor was a short drive (or a 15-20 minute walk). The space was very comfortable and was a great place to relax after long days of hiking. It was very quiet throughout our stay and a great home base for exploring Acadia.

Perfect Dog Friendly Apartment
We love staying here with our pup. It is the perfect location to explore Acadia national Park and an easy walk to downtown Bar Harbor. The place had all the amenities needed. The entrance to Acadia national Park is just 1/2 mile away and it’s an easy walk into town so you don’t need to park your car, everything in the unit you would need, very well stocked kitchen and amenities, you will lack for nothing :-)

Well Appointed and Quaint Bar Harbor Apartment.
We loved our time at Ravens Perch. Upon arrival we were greeted with a welcome basket with some goodies, a small gift, and a lovely note from our hosts (Jen & Gordon) which was a wonderful way to begin our stay. We noticed how perfectly appointed the apartment is. This cozy home away from home managed to have everything we could need. We enjoy eating out but love to cook in as well. Thanks to a well equipped kitchen, that even had spices you would typically need, our home cooked meals were full of flavor. The coffee table book Jen put together made us feel like fast friends as we learned about our hosts. It was also filled with lots of recommendations from restaurants to navigating Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. She was also very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had. We got to meet Jen on our last day as we were packing to leave and she was just a charming as her VRBO. We cannot wait to come back next year. Lovely Home Base to Explore Bar Harbor
Raven’s Perch was a perfect “nest” to explore Bar Harbor. It was an easy walk ti the town green for us to pick up the free LL Bean sponsored bus to tour Acadia. We hiked, explored, ate delicious food, swam, and landed every night to our cozy spot to unwind and prepare for the next day full of adventure. We enjoyed the little “ oasis” side yard to relax outside. Our stay was perfect in every way with great communication and every detail covered right down to great coffee in the unit and a cute welcome basket. A++ stay.

Great location in Bar Harbor
We had a great time staying here. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. The owners were very eay to work with and very welcoming. It is a great location to Bar Harbor and to Acadia. We could hike in the morning and easily come back for lunch and a quick rest before continuing our adventures for the day. It was a great place to stay.

This place was great! So well stocked and had everything we needed and more. The host was SO nice and helpful. Someone stole our credit card while traveling and she helped us facilitate getting a new one with UPS coming to her house. Thank you! We came with our dog too and there were dog towels which were really helpful. Literally 3 minutes to the Acadia Park entrance. Would highly recommend!
