The hotel room was spacious, clean and modern. Staff was very professional and helpful. Unfortunately they were in the middle of a renovation so we didn’t have access to the courtyard or restaurant.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Alma, Barcelona. but a few suggestions to the hotel management 1. Please update your room with USB charger outlets. Nowadays, travelers are simply carrying mobile devices with USB. Yes, we can get loaner adaptors from the front desk - but it is just one extra step that your hotel can do to make it simpler. 2. My wife, and I think she speaks for all ladies, find it inconvenient not having a dressing mirror in the room and a magnified mirror in the bathroom Hotel is wonderful, perhaps a few small enhancements will make it even better

The room was a bit small & there was not sufficient space for baggage except on the floor or bed. The design in the shower causes splashing outside of it & will eventually cause damage to the flooring, there was minimal space at the sink for one's toiletries & lighting at the mirror over the sink was less than sufficient. There is a need for instructions for the operation of the lights, thermostat & shower. Except as noted above the renovations were well recieved, modern & beautiful but the lighting is unnecessarily dark especially in the hallways & elevator. The staff at every location was superb, they were friendly, eager to assist, knowledgable, capable & just plain nice people. They made you want to just hang out at the hotel. We may have had our simplest yet best meal in Barcelona at the restaurant here.

One of the most luxurious hotels I ever stayed in. Beautiful garden where you could have drinks and breakfast. Very nice looking, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Wonderful breakfast. I could go on and on praising the hotel and its wonderful staff. Extremely satisfied.

I did not like the booking policy to use the gym. Also When I went the steam room was close and the sauna was not switch on. The gym has only few equipment, and a bit claustrophobic I would expect more for a 5 stars hotel. Room was great Staff was very good and polite
