Hotel is beautiful & great location
I'll start out with the positives of the stay: the room itself was outstanding; the view from it was beautiful and extensive. Very nice bathroom suite as well, with both a large bathtub and a double size shower that had multiple different styles of spray. The bed was very comfortable, but we do wish it had been a queen or king size bed instead of 2 single beds connected, as being a couple it felt a bit disconnected. The hotel is in good condition and has a great location as well, right near shopping, restaurants, and of course the beach. The room also was filled with nice touches, including a bottle of wine upon arriving, a full dental set and hair comb, blowdryer, clothing steamer, 2 robes & slippers, etc. Overall with the room & hotel itself we were very happy. The negatives: the couple members of staff who checked us in & out were very friendly, but anyone else was a bit rude & off-putting - including calling up for room service, calling for a late checkout, etc. Everything seemed to be an immediate 'No' even if, for instance, the room service hours say it should still be open. We would still stay at this hotel again solely because of how beautiful the room was and the good location, but I do think some of the staff could be a lot friendlier & more polite to guests.

Nothing but the Best!
For us, this was a lot better than anticipated. The location is tremendous; however jetlag got the better of us. We will enjoy the area when we return in a little less than two weeks. We left on a cruise and so the hotel location was excellent. Not quite within walking distance, however only a short cab ride away. The room was exceptionally clean, with that being the case for the entire hotel. From arriving until departure, the staff was wonderful. We had a small bite to eat at the bar and one time had the burgers delivered by robot! I can't begin to think anything negative as this was the perfect escape after such a long and tiring day.

Good overall, but could be better.
Hotel was very clean and modern and the staff was very friendly and helpful. But at 27 Euros, the daily breakfast buffet is way overpriced. Also, a lot of the equipment in their upstairs gym needs maintenance.

Great Hotel, Great Location
Booked as a solo woman relax trip. Stayed 3 nights. Location great and lovely views from the roof. Staff were friendly and the hotel has high quality provisions. The breakfast had many options and had a champagne section. I ordered room service once, it was reasonably priced and delicious. One issue I did have, I had put the do not disturb sign on my door and 2 mornings the cleaners came in. I spoke to management and they resolved things.

Great location to La Rambla
Check in was easy and got into our room right away. Good location near the bottom of La Rambla. Taxis readily available just outside the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable.
