It was centrally located next to La Rambla St. and was perfect for everything we needed. The staff was great and everyone spoke English. They had adapters that we could borrow and even complementary champagne when we checked in. The rooms were large and the customer service was great. I highly recommend.

The heater in the room only blew cold air. I also lost power in the room on my last morning, before sunrise so had problems packing and showering before heading to the airport. I brought it to the attention of the front desk at checkout, and got nothing more than a verbal shrug of the shoulders.

My wife got cancer and is going through chemo treatments. The hotel refused to cancel our reservations or give a refund, even though we told them months beforehand. I’ll never deal with the again.

Excellent location and very clean On our second day we had to wait for breakfast items to be replenished but when they came the bacon and beans were stone cold. Didn't bother having breakfast on our last day but at check out they still tried to charge us for it . Smart hotel and superb location but staff need a bit more training

Excellent area for walking to many tourist areas, La Ramblas, the Gothic Quarter, Playa du Catalunya. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby too. Rooms are small but very clean. Would recommend this hotel.

Lovely Hotel
Check in was very good. We had a drink and pizza in the piano bar in the evening. There was a lovely member of staff running the bar who helped my husband out of his chair ( he has mobility issues ). This member of staff went above and beyond his duties Thank You. Our room was very quiet and very comfortable overall an excellent stay.
