We had a lovely stay in a good neighbourhood which was close to a shuttle bus to the airport, as well as a metro station with each access to a lot of sights and attractions. The room was spacious, comfortable and had a modern decor. The cleaner made the room feel fresh after each night of our stay. The shower worked well and they provided plenty of towels, dressing gown and a pair of slippers for comfort in the room. The breakfast buffet was fabulous with a lot of options which covered dietary requirements. The hotel provides free coffee and tea throughout the day at reception which made our stay comfortable and relaxing during our moments of down time. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. The only small issue we experienced was there was an intermittent wifi connection. This may have only been from the location of our room, but this was not very disruptive of our experience.

This hotel was great value and ideal for short stays, robes and slippers, toothbrush and paste, water and chocolates all lovely little extras we wasn’t expecting. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choice and the room was very clean

We had a great stay, the shower was awesome but the bed was too hard for my liking. We were able to walk all around the area, enjoyed the cable car rides, went to the waterfront to see the competitors still there for the Americas Cup and found some amazing cafes and local bars to sit and enjoy beverages with the locals.

Cant fault my recent stay here! Staff were extremely welcoming and polite on arrival and all through out the visit- very helpful! The breakfast was spot on, everything you could want to fuel you up for a busy day ahead! Rooms were perfect size, beds were fine. Location is great, short walk to a metro to take you to wherever you need to go. Or if you don't mind walking, you can do so too! Would highly recommend, I will be happy to come back and stay here on my next visit to Barcelona!! Thank you to all staff!

My partner and I stayed here for three nights, and while we loved the entrance, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The staff was average, and although check-in went smoothly, we had to wait for large groups to finish before we were attended to. Once in our room, we immediately noticed a strong mold smell in the bathroom and saw mold on the ceiling. After showering, we discovered the floor flooded with water, and the leak was coming from the opposite side of the shower door. When we informed the front desk, their only response was to "give them more towels." You can tell this was an ongoing issue as I noticed water damage on the wood floor and door. To make matters worse, there were small bugs in the room, and I even managed to take a photo of one. The room lacked a refrigerator, and we weren’t provided with any toiletries. We definitely won’t be staying here again on our next trip to Barcelona.

We loved this place! I know hotels can be deceiving, but I’m telling you this place is great! Clean cute free coffee in the morning. I read reviews about people complaining it being very loud , thin walls… which it definitely was a little loud in the neighborhood at times but anywhere I’ve ever stayed in a city is loud. It’s a busy city. People are up late. There’s families and locals living nearby living their lives. I don’t know what people expect about that. We’re from LA and thought the experience perfect. Friendly staff super helpful. The area was a lot more chill than staying in the more touristy areas like La Rambla and amazing coffee shops, and breakfast places in the area . couldn’t recommend enough.

We stayed for one night. Property appears classy and on the sophisticated side with minor aesthetic touch ups needed. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom has a great size with toiletries. Room size was big compared to other hotels. Breakfast staff were accommodating. Breakfast buffet spread was delightful, definitely worth the €12 price. Facilities of the room appear stylish, several scratches etc but overall still in good condition. AC works perfectly. Good sound proofing in general. There was a jug of free cold lemon infused water and hot tea (I think it is) at reception. The letdowns were the ff: - a small leak/puddle from one of the bathroom walls, clean water leak, to be specific, - reception did not answer when I tried to inform them about the above leak around 11pm at night so not sure if there was indeed someone at reception desk, - since the AC worked superbly well, you would expect a back up bed spread/bed linen to use when you do get cold at night. There were only a thin white sheet as blanket. I prefer that it was cold anyway but it would have been nice to have the option of a spare blanket/bed sheet. There was a duvet on top storage inside the room but without a cover. - the check in process was slow. There were two of them and there was only one family/group ahead of us but it took 20 mins maybe before we got seen. - personally, location is a bit far from of the tourist attractions, ranging from 20 mins - 50mins away by public transport.

Nice room, shame about the cigarette smoke smell
The hotel itself and the room looked lovely, just like on the photos, the bed was comfortable, and the location is excellent. However when we walked into the room, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming, and made the whole stay a lot less enjoyable, because it didn't go away fully even after hours of trying to air it out with fully open windows..
