Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Die Lage ist direkt an einem grossen Bahnhof und etwas laut jedoch hatte das den Vorteil, dass man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln das Zentrum sehr schnell und einfach erreichen konnte. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel habe ich beim Thema Sauberkeit sehr viel mehr erwartet. Es war immer nur das Bett gemacht und alles andere wurde so belassen. Wenn ein Fussel auf dem Boden lag, dann lag der auch noch der Reinigung dort. Handtücher wurden nicht täglich ausgetauscht. Von einem Hotel dieser Klasse, kann man erwarten, dass auch der Staubsauger täglich genutzt wird und Handtücher täglich ausgetauscht werden. Das Personal schenkte einen kaum Beachtung. Man wurde nicht gegrüsst und auch sonst war der Empfang sehr bescheiden. Allen Gästen vor uns wurde beim Check-In Wasser angeboten nur uns nicht. Muss wohl daran gelegen haben, dass wir mit einem Kind angereist sind. Im Grossen und ganzen kann man sagen, dass das Zimmer schön eingerichtet war und die Lage relativ zentral liegt aber sonst habe ich wesentlich mehr erwartet. Wenn man 5 Sterne bucht, kann Man auch 5 Sterne erwarten aber das war hier nicht der Fall - Leider!

Jolie décoration de la chambre qui ne permet pas pour autant d’atténuer la déception : vue atroce sur le parking, « fausses » capsules cheap pour la machine Nespresso ou encore expression détachée et blasée du personnel à la réception. Vraiment pas à la hauteur des attentes …

En ce qui concerne les vues des chambres, Nobu Barcelona a plusieurs catégories de chambres distinctes par leur taille et ensuite par leur vues. Les chambres avec vue ont la catégorie skyline et sont situées au a partir du 14e étage. Nous allons réviser notre site internet en français afin de nous assurer que la description des chambres ne porte pas de doutes.
