I loved the location, Rooftop bar is perfect for viewing Barcelona and Segrada Familia. Rooms are clean area is safe people are friendly. Also the location is close to the metro train system(best way of getting around). Dining is plentiful in the area local and international food is available. Tour companies are a block away from the Hotel. The one I used was Julia travel also excellent.

The hotel was very well located near several restaurants, the Metro, and the Sagrada Familia attraction/church. The room was comfortable and had a fridge. The guys/servers in the rooftop bar- with amazing views of the Sagrada Familia- were helpful. Front desk staff was not friendly, but helpful. Overall, my stay was good, and I would book this hotel again mainly because of its location.

The hotel was good. We arrived early from the cruise ship at 10.00am and they must have a lot of people doing the same. Our room wasn't available til nearly 3.30pm (Check in from 3.00PM) - so we had to walk around the city, they let us leave our bags at reception so that was a plus. The hotel is just around the corner from the Basílica de la Sagrada Família, which is good and only a few minutes walk from the subway train station, which you take to the main shopping area only 3 tops away. Best to buy a 10 trip ticket worth it at 12.50 Euros. The hotel has a roof top bar, but you need to be in quick as this is not just for hotel guest but the public who book to visit it - so space is limited for hotel guest. You can buy food & drink in the roof top bar which is good valve and we enjoyed the food options available. We went back the next night and pre-booked but the food part didn't open til late as they had a private booking for the day and part night so was disappointed as this is why we partly booked it for the view. Room was clean, but bathroom could have been cleaned a bit better with a little mould in the shower. But overall a good experience.

Good location to Segrada Familia
We booked this hotel because it was near the basilica Segrada Familia. We requested a room with a view of the church and got one. The hotel was modern-sleek looking and clean. The woman who checked us in was wonderful. I had two complaints. We booked our room with the breakfast package. Our plans changed where we had to leave early for the airport and they would not refund the cost of the breakfast when we told them this upon checkin. They said they would have a take away breakfast ready for us in the morning. I was expecting maybe a few nice pastries but instead there were two sandwiches in the bag. One had a slice of cheese between two slices. The other had 2 thin slices of ham between the slices. I couldn’t believe it! There was a stale chocolate muffin wrapped in plastic wrap. The only decent thing was an orange juice box and a banana. The breakfast was awful. And the hotel was very petty in that they would not give us our money back for the breakfast when we checked in. Secondly, there was a large group of teenagers hanging out in a local play area located beside the hotel. They were yelling and screaming and laughing up until after 11:00 PM. Not sure if this is a daily occurrence, but not good for the guests.

This hotel is almost next door the the Sagrada Familia - just a 2-block walk. The rooms are adequate and quiet. The Gaudi houses are walking distance. We found good choices for simple food with a block or two. The rooftop bar has a view of the Sagrada. Be sure to make a reservation earlier in the day, as it's very popular.

We loved the location and surrounding area. Check in can be overwhelmed since alot of tourist exit a cruise ship looking to get there rooms earlier. So 3 pm our time to checkin it seems like were there for the same reason. I found the front desk helpful. Ask the front desk for breakie or it ll cost 3 Euro more. I believe the location alone makes any inconveinence minimal.
