Huoneiston kuvaus - 2 makuuhuoneen uusittu huoneisto, 1 kylpyhuone. Yksi kylpyhuone, jossa suihku, wc, pesuallas. Täydellinen keittiö, jossa astianpesukone, uuni, mikroaaltouuni ja täysikokoinen jääkaappi. Master makuuhuoneessa 135 x 200 cm sänky. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi sänkyä (90 x 190cm).

Parhaan mukavuuden takaamiseksi tässä huoneistossa on keskusilmastointi ja lämmitys.

Sijainti - Huoneisto sijaitsee Eixamplen alueen historiallisessa osassa, lyhyen matkan päässä ja puolivälissä Sagrada Familian temppelistä ja Passeig de Gracian ostosmahdollisuuksista.

Kuljetus - Lähellä Verdaguer-metroasemaa (keltaisilla ja sinisillä linjoilla) ja useita bussilinjoja. Erittäin helppo päästä taksilla.

Johtaminen - Olemme pieni perheyritys. Lauren on kotoisin Dallasista, TX ja Fernando on kotoisin Barcelonasta, Espanjasta. Meillä on tällä hetkellä 16 loma-asuntoa Barcelonassa, 2 kalustettua taloa Dallasissa ja 8 loma-asuntoa Istanbulissa. Käytämme samoja korkeita vaatimuksiamme jokaisessa maassa.

Melutasot - Huoneisto on katua vasten, leveälle sisäpihalle.

Majoitusaste - Huoneisto sopii erinomaisesti 4 hengelle. Se voi nukkua jopa 6.

Sisään- ja uloskirjautuminen - Huoneisto on valmis sinulle kello 16.30 käytettävyyttä varten. Voit pudottaa laukkusi ja saada avaimesi klo 12.00 (keskipäivä). Uloskirjautumisaika on 11:30. Voit pyytää varattua varhaista sisään- tai myöhäistä uloskirjautumista pientä maksua vastaan saatavuuden mukaan. Yöaikaisesta sisäänkirjautumisesta ei veloiteta lisämaksua. Meillä on toimistomme samassa rakennuksessa.

Family of four had the perfect stay enjoying Barcelona
Family of four (kids aged 10 and 13) just had an amazing long weekend in Barcelona. This apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable. We loved the Spanish feel and even the sounds from the nearby apartments were great, we felt like we were having a true Barcelona experience! Plenty of taxis nearby and so many great places to eat within 5-10 minutes walk. Highly recommend!

Good location
The flat is in a good location. Decor lovely and traditional. Quite spacious for a group of three. The main bedroom was quiet at the back of the flat. The second bedroom was a little noisy with the lift shaft next door!

Not good at all
The photos are misleading. The apartment really isn’t great. Tired, uncomfortable beds and furniture. Worst of all is the second bedroom. There as an internal death trap window that the kids found, that scared the hell out of us. I wish I could post photos of it on here. Unbelievable. No warning from the owners that it was there and no apparent way to lock it safely. Also from the 2nd bedroom you can hear the lift going up and down all night. We stayed one night and left the next morning cancelling 3 nights. Wrong that I only got back 50% of the booking. I would avoid.

Great location
We had stayed in the same building earlier in our trip. It’s a wonderful location to explore Barcelona on foot. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Being in the courtyard side of the building meant it was quieter than our last street-facing apartment. Great spot.

Appartement très bien situé, à proximité des principaux sites incontournables. Quartier très vivant : beaucoup de petits points de restauration avec terrasses extérieures, beaucoup de commerces. Seul bémol : mal isolé aussi très bruyant à certains moments.

Apartment was in an excellent location and perfect for our needs. Little noisy at times but that was only one night. Very close to transport links and within walking distance of Sagrada Família. Apartment had everything you need incl dishwasher, washing machine and oven. Overall we had an excellent time.

Um etwas Positives zu berichten - die Lage der Wohnung inmitten des Stadtteils Eixample ist gut. Aber - die bei Fewo gezeigten Bilder der Wohnung sind sehr alt, geschätzt mehr als 20 Jahre her - Bewertungen stammen auch aus früheren Jahren - die Wohnung ist lieblos eingerichtet und nur mit dem absolut notwendigsten versehen (4 Tassen, Teller usw.) Den Geschirrspüler hier mal voll zu bekommen, ist schwierig - Das Bad mit Toilette und Duschkabine umfasst knapp 4 m". Das Waschbecken, das man sieht, ist das einzige, das dort ist -die Türen und Leisten zeigen oft abgeschlagene Stellen - die traumhaft abgebildete Terrasse befindet nicht bei der Wohnung sondern ist über den Aufzug oberhalb der 4. Etage zu finden und darf nur von morgens Uhr bis spätestens abends 20 Uhr betreten werden. Selten so viel Kabel und Kühlaggregate, Antennen usw. auf einem Haufen gesehen. Keine Sonnenschirme, nur ein paar Tische mit Billigstühlen ohne Auflagen. Also, abends die Sonne auf der Terrasse mit einem Wein oder Sangria genießen ist nicht möglich. - Die Wohnung ist extrem hellhörig. Morgens wird man schon frühzeitig durch die arbeitendes Bevölkerung oder Handwerker in den Wohnungen geweckt. Nichts für Leute, die gerne mal länger als 7 Uhr schlafen mögen. - Diese Wohnung ist kein Rückzugsort auf den man sich nach einem Stadtrundgang freut !!! - Ach ja, noch positiv der Service vom Vermieter - das Büro ist um die Ecke, man kann vor dem Abflug seine Koffer dort unterstellen.

Very nice spacious appartment in the center of Barcelona. Easy to reach by metro, shops for groceries etc nearby. We were only a bit disappointed by second room with the 2 seperate beds; they were not that comfotable and next to the elevator .The walls are quite thin so you can hear yourneighbours. But the fact that you are in the city center next to all the great things to visit is a big PLUS!

Lovely rooftop deck with view
Owners were good about storing our luggage until the apartment was ready. There are a few steps to access the elevator but, fortunately, a building resident kindly helped with our luggage. The apartment was bright and comfortable. Nothing fancy but more than adequate. The beds were comfortable. We did have an issue with heat so the only really warm room was the glass inclosed dining area which the sum warmed. The front bedroom was also quite noisy as you could easily hear every noise in the stairway. Bring earplugs! The area was very convenient with shops and restaurants and a quick walk to the Sagrata Familia, which is also visible from the rooftop deck.

Great location
This apartment was perfect for the four of us. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted (La Rambla, La Sagrada Familia) and there are many lovely restaurants nearby. The apartment is so comfortable!

Great location but...
The location, property manager, wifi, modern lighting and communications with owner and manager were great. We are walkers and were able to walk to almost every major destination within 15-30 minutes! The apartment and furnishings met a "basic" standard level - nothing that we considered essential was missing. But the physical comfort level of the sitting room furnishings and double bed were poor. For travelers like us, who are very active sightseers and who actively enjoy all the city has to offer, it is important to have a very comfortable apartment to retreat to at the end of the day. In this respect, the apartment is poor. We thought the photos of the apartment were a little misleading as to condition of furnishings. The actual sitting room was quite small and the bedrooms were small - very little room between the beds and the walls; the double bed was a bit like summer camp: very hard and not fastened on the springs, so it moved around every time we moved. The furnishings in the sitting room were inadequate - one large saggy, clammy couch and a stiff rattan chair. No side tables. The bathroom was old and not updated and the cabin door was moldy and the shower was inoperable when we first arrived. (Excellent property manager remedied that by the next day.)The TV cable system was only in Spanish; no other channels available. Would we rent this again? No. Should have chosen another Eixample location in same price range.

Beautiful apartment in good location
My husband, two sons and I had a great stay in this apartment. Full kitchen, great roof terrace, lots of shops and restaurants right out the door, lovely dining area. Washer/dryer was great (though confusing for this American, I had to google instructions-would be good to have more than just the wash function sheet there!). Great place to stay in Barcelona.

Amazing location and very large apartment with everything you need for a great stay in Barcelona!
We stayed 7 nights at the Classic apartment Dreta de l’Eixample . The location is great as many restaurants and stores close by as well as the metro stations. We shared the apartment 5 nights with our son and had plenty of room especially enjoying together the sunny enclosed balcony and lovely roof top terrace. The location is also a short walk to the Sengrada Familía and the Plaza Catalunya. The Negre apartment were very kind and provided a quick response with any questions. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment furnishings were spectacular. Hope to came back again to this same location for a future visit.

Fantastic Location
We loved the location so much- second time to Barcelona- this was the best location central to all tourist attractions and local hangouts! Owners were great to deal with- fast at replying. The house was clean, quiet, safe & bigger than we needed! The rooftop patio was lovely as well!!! Happy to stay here again next time :)

Charming welcoming comfortable convenient.
This apartment was exactly what you dream about for a visit in Barcelona. It was like having your very own home away from home. The location was central to many many major areas to visit. Just blocks from Sagrada Familia. The roof top was so nice to sit and have wine after a long day at the beach. The apartment was furnished with everything you need. I hope to visit again. Thank you Eduardo for being there if we needed anything. Thank you and Lauren & Fernando for letting us share your lovely home.

Great location, but ................
I hate to write negative reviews, so I will start on a positive note: great location. Walking distance to all important places, museums and restaurants. The apartment was nice, with old charm. Now to a bad news: when we arrived air conditioning was out. And it was out all 10 days. We were provided fans in each room, which helped a little. Someone came by to "fix" it, and we were told it was fixed, but it was not. That was a huge bummer. We stayed end of July beginning of August, the hottest time. Next: no Wi-Fi. The only place we could get a little connection was right next to the front door. Just imagine 4 of us standing next to the front door trying to get a connection with our loved ones. Next: the washer did not work. We could not wash our dirty clothing. The good thing was we also traveled to Seville and we brought all out dirty laundry with us. One more thing that I want to mention just incase you decide to stay at this apartment. Shower was impossible to use because it would only provide cold or hot water, nothing in between. We did complain to the owner and got a small refund for our trouble.

We arrived and only to find out there was no air conditioning, although they left fans it was to hot to sleep .it would have been nice had they informed us about theses things instead I had to keep trying to contact them , I understand these things happen , but I'm the one who had to get upset and ask for compensation & if they could please move us to another apartment seeing as they have many in this building , after 2 nights of our 4 night stay they offered us another apartment with air and compensation for the inconvenience, in grateful for that . Then , another big issue there supposed to Internet and none of them work it was almost impossible to send a message, this left us disappointed, seeing as my husband had to work a bit online we had to find a place where he could connect his computer and this cost us money and time out of one of our days . The upside is that it's nice the apartments roomy good location, beds not very comfortable but clean , I would recommend this place but beware no internet, and in the hot months make sure you have air conditioning!!!!!!!
