Farm Cottage is one of 5 beautiful and comfortable self catering cottages clustered around the courtyard of an historic North Devon farm. Set down a long driveway with no noise or passing traffic, Northcote Manor Farm (which was mentioned in the Domesday Book) is the perfect spot for a peaceful and relaxing break.
Farm Cottage is a two storey cottage with a very large master bedroom with king size bed and lovely views across the fields. The second bedroom has twin beds and there is a good sized family bathroom. The separate living room has a lovely woodburner with a plentiful supply of logs. The stone flagged hallway has a door out to the sun trap grassy garden which is enclosed and very private. The fully furnished kitchen features both an AGA and an electric cooker. Outside the front door is a garden table allowing guests to sit out either in the privacy of their own back garden or in the communal courtyard.
Northcote Manor Farm offers a heated covered swimming pool set in a beautiful walled garden as well as a games room with table tennis, pool table, table football and lots of toys and games. There is a playground and large trampoline as well as a football field for children.
The property is set in the middle of 34 acres of fields and woods including a stream and offering wonderful walking right from the cottage door.
Dogs are welcome in the cottage and love the setting!
This is a great cottage for couples and families.
Travel cots, highchairs and stairgates are available for our youngest guests.

A perfect Hidden Gem
Beautiful cottage. Steeped in history. Rural, comfortable and homely. Lovely meeting Aiden and family. Swimming pool was a great addition. Location was perfect for exploring the area. Just a really lovely stay. Thankyou!!

A Farm in the Heart of the Countryside.
A spacious property with all you need. The shower is hot but lacks pressure. Peaceful and a great place to relax.

Northcote Manor Sunflower Cottage
The cottage was in a lovely quiet location but accessible to lots of excellent beaches and walking locations. We found it clean and comfortable and enjoyed our week there.

Perfect getaway in the North Devon.
Lovely cottage with all amenities. Really great for families and friends. Beautiful surrounding area with 33acres to walk around. Also very close to family days out. Woolacombe beach is only 20 min drive. Aidan and Lizzie had not long moved in and have lots of plans for the farm. We can't wait to come back next year.
