AC not working
Was looking forward to staying at this top hotel in Barranquilla, however I had a terrible experience. I complained to the front desk about our AC not functioning three times. They advise they would look into it, after looking at the AC twice their resolution was giving us a stand up fine. By this time it was already 1AM to even try move rooms. Front desk did not give us a solution to this issue. Will not be coming back
