Great little hotel near Basel SBB. Close to the downtown. We only had the chance to stay one night before an early train ride. It worked perfectly. Very, very friendly and efficient check in. Rooms are very clean and well decorated.

Excellent service at breakfast, Martha was very polite and professional, another young lady at the breakfast time that I don’t remember her name was as well Very sweet and helpful. Room was extremely clean and found everything I needed. Check in employee on Tuesday a bit not helpful and extremely serious. Check out personal magnificent, professional, courteous Elisa very sweet and very helpful. Allie very helpful and sweet and professional. I will definitely come back to this location and I will make sure to share my experience with family and friends.

Amazing location
This is a very centrally located hotel in Basel, adjacent to the SBB train station and across the street from a variety of city trams. This makes getting to anyplace in the area very easy. The hotel was comfortable, had a good breakfast, and was clean. The bathrooms are large relative to the room. My only complaint was the pillows--would be nice to have something that had shape. But al in all, I would definitely stay here again.
