On our check in, the reception guy didn't knew his job. When we asked him about parking pricing, he told us that it was 30 franc per person (which is weird), we asked him to double check it with his manager. After the check he told us that it is 30 per person/car. What does it mean I have no idea, and he also could not explain to us. At the end the price was per car and not person.

Terrible stay, hot and no cleaning done.
The hotel says air conditioning but it would not keep up with the room and we had to get a fan, which didnt help that much. They didnt clean the room for 3 days. The soap dispensers were out so we removed them and took the lids and placed on floor of shower so they would refill. They put a new mat in shower and didnt fill the dispensers. Just left them on the floor. I complained and they gave me a free drink coupon that the bar then refused to accept. Ask to see a manager and they said they would send one up, but never came. Got hold of manager after demanding at check out snd showed her how dirty our room was.. she was apologetic but i had to demand to see her. I stay at Radisson Blu often but this was a horrible experience. I'm going hope that this was a one off experience, but really bad considering the price. Now the good... location is great for site seeing. Easy pick up area for drivers. Easy walk to market area for food and shops. I tried to add pictures of our room but it would not let me.
