The room was very clean. I was concerned at first as it was right next to the truck stop but we did not hear the trucks at all. The carpet in the hall required a good cleaning but it was winter when we got there. My main concern was the heat in the building. When we first got there the temperature outside was -12 and the one heat source in the room was turned off. They knew we were coming, I would think they would have had it turned on. It was chilly enough in the room that I left my coat on while it warmed up. The hall and main area of the reception and area the breakfast room was in was very chilly the whole time we were there. For customer comfort I would suggest turning the heat up a degree or two. The heat situation is why I gave the hotel condition a lower grade.

It was easily accessible off the hwy with ample parking. The in-room coffee maker filter was dirty with mold in it. There was a dirty towel hanging behind the door in the washroom. The bedding was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly.

No water vending machine only tap water Offered.ice machine out of order.no wifi so no internet.no service on important t.v channels. Had 1 coffee pod but when asked for more staff did not bring any.not impressed would not stay there again!!!
