The room with the ocean view is large, the bathroom was awesome. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the food in the restaurant was great. The only downside was the maintenance upkeep. Because the hotel is close to the water you can easily see the wear and tear from the sea air. Housekeeping did a great job of cleaning the room but again the hardware used on the patio and in the bathrooms were showing lots of rust. Overall I enjoyed my stay but for the age of the hotel I think they can do a better job of the upkeep.

The staff were great. The drones desk agents met us at our vehicle and escorted us to the front desk. We were given a welcome drink. They were always willing to help. The dinner at the restaurant was also good.

The property is infested with ants. There were ants in the beds, floors, and everywhere else. I left my laptop closed on the bed for 2 hours. When I opened my laptop, a swarm ants had the inside of my laptop covered. I have multiple ant bites. Also, the bathroom has scum on the faucet and on the tiles. The bathroom needs to be scrubbed. Lastly, the cups that were in my room were poorly cleaned. If this property was clean, it would be an amazing property because it is so beautiful and the staff are nice. The property conditions are just poor.

The property looked aesthetically pleasing. I got locked out of my room and had to take the elevator about 4 times trying to reconfigure the card until a staff member came up with me. Then I was told to wait for them to fix the issue and had to wait for almost an hour before being able to get back into the room. Not a discount or compensation for the wait.
