Lovely hotel a little disapointed with the nouse from tge building work starting at 8am . I was looking forward to a relaxing lie-in but that was cut short but otherwise it was super with lovely staff across the board

This was an excellent location to explore Bath. The hop on hop off bus had a stop near the hotel so I never had to use my car to get around. The staff members were all very nice and helpful. The car park was to the rear of the hotel and very convenient.

The big downside was the noise levels from hotel staff at 6.30am in the morning - our sleep was disrupted as a result. Having a room next to the service elevator was not ideal. The building works were not disclosed to us on Expedia at the time of booking.

Swish but squeaky
Lovely hotel with a lovely room…. Except…. Floorboards are so squeaky that you can hear everyone’s footsteps. Room above us was very active at 6.30 on a Sunday morning that they woke us up! Needs a carpenter and some sound-deadening underlay!!

Perfect for sisters to catch up
My sister and I had a very pleasant time, staff were always polite and friendly. Room was very clean and facilities were excellent. Only one issue was the low light level in the room (old eyes) but this did not detract from overall quality.
