Wonderful historic inn.

Cons: Double glazing (Prob listed so no chance).
Location: Lots of local walks on notice board outside pub.
Take your camera its so picturesque with many stories & historical events emeshed in its fabric. Great family feeling amongst staff & patrons. Dogs allowed in bar. Only drawback is that as it has been an Inn for 700 years it is on the main road (DoH! Obs!) so noisy traffic in the morning woke my husband.

Great place with bags of character

What a find this place was. Room was really charming and the staff were all very friendly. The only thing which could be improved is the breakfast but even this was pretty good - just s bit of a small portion. Boom it up and enjoy!
