Property was a little dated but functional. The windows need a clean as the sunset could not be seen through the dirt on the outside. The shower area was a good size but the draft in colder months is undesirable.

Good value for money motel with comfortable bed and pillows; good hot water in roomy shower. Quiet air conditioning and parking outside door. Provided hot chocolate as well as usual coffee/tea and had provision for simple breakfast (at extra cost) in the room. Conveniently located in walking distance to basically all of Batlow.

Good taste of old facility and spacious room. Not many eating places around this Snowy area, If you want more choice, Tumut is a answer.
