Absolutely ridiculous to show up with a confirmed room only to be told it was cancelled earlier and I should have received a notification but still have yet to. No other room available even after waiting an hour as the clerk kept saying she would find me a room. Ended up having to drive 4 hours home during the night due to horrible service by Expedia and LaQuinta Port Allen.

Second stay…first stay had such low water pressure, showering took 40 minutes. Breakfast was good in volume, poor in choice. Only egg was cold hard boiled. Steam tray had bacon, potatoes and biscuits. 2 waffle machines. Only three dining tables (2, 2-tops and one 4+ top. Then a large communal bar height affair and a cocktail type grouping..,poorly thought out. Hot water was all but gone by 1000 hrs, and again, less than exciting pressure even on ground floor. Very clean, newish, comfy bed. Ironing board was a joke.

This is an amazing property. The cleanliness is the best thing about this hotel. It truly makes a difference and is appreciated! To me, it’s worth paying a little more for a peace of mind than you might pay at some of the other properties in close proximity to it.

This was the first time I have stayed at this chain. I was very impressed the girls at the desk were very sweet and helpful. The hotel was very clean and looked brand new. The location was great and the continental breakfast was a plus. I will be staying here again.

The staff was friendly and the room was nice. The size of the room was a challenge I wished that it was bigger. Enjoyed our overnight stay. Would stay there again.

I requested an accessible room and the only thing accessible was the hand rail in the shower. For myself it would have been nice if there was a shower chair available since it really was not accessible for me…also the bed was so high that I had to move the chair next to the bed and climb onto the chair to get into the bed (another non accessible issue). Finally I had requested a couch and that was also not available which would have made things better for me because I have drop foot and have to have my foot at 90 degree angle which was only achieved by me by sleeping with my feet against the headboard and I was very uncomfortable and did not get any sleep.
