Was un happy,i had reseved ,a 1 king bed non smoking and got there.they gave me a 2bed smoking.whent back and they gave me a king bed but smoking.1st night could not sleep very loud,plus like a 3am there was shooting around hotel.did not feel safe.at all.then i had office people looking in my room,and opening door.not happy at all.

It was a quick booking due to a weather emergency. The property is very convenient for travelers and everything is very accesible. It may not be fancy but it was a nice place for us and our crew.

the maid is super sweet, The property is under new managment and its much better than it was and they are still improving

Husband awakened to find roach crawling on his arm. Ended up killing 9 roaches. Could not stay there a second night. Since we paid for 2 nights in a bundle we lost the money on 2nd night. Perhaps they should use that money on an exterminator. Nothing to hang clothes on (rod or hangers). No blow dryer, no ice or vending, no shampoo.

Hotel is conveniently located. Staff was friendly. Did have issues with key card after first night but front desk was able to quickly resolve the issue.

Late night anger
I was traveling it was late at night and I booked hotel. When I arrived they had sign on the door they they were no longer the so called hotel and did not honor any reservations made on line. Spent hour on phone with hotels.com trying to get a refund (told it was a non refundable booking) how can you have a "non refundable booking" if so called hotel no longer exists? Was told someone would contact me via email. Still waiting.
