Terrible Stay
This was a terrible stay. The room didn't have any towels or extras in the bathroom. The phone in the room did not work when trying to call the lobby. The room had a small TV but no remote, had to walk back to the lobby (now the 3rd time) to see if they had one. They did it would change the channel but we could not control the volume nor able to turn the TV off with it. Finally, they charged us twice for the room and we had a hard time trying to get them to fix it. Overall after traveling for a week across country this was the worst hotel experience we had.

No working vending machines so couldnt get even a drink of water. Management said to be aware but had made no alternate provisions so guests could purchase water or other drinks. Nothing but tap water available.

The first room they put me in the fire detector was going off every 30 seconds. It sounded like a high pitched fog horn being blown directly in your ear. I asked if Maintance was in to change the battery and no one was available so they moved me to another room. This room, was absolutely DISGUSTING. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. There were stains everywhere and on everything. The tile by the front door was sticky. The room had a funky smell. There was zero soap in the dispensers and the hand soap had black prints all over it.

Did not stay because of conditions. I called and talk to someone that said Hotels. Com I would have to notify of cancellation. When I called them they told me that I would have to call Red Roof. Right now going through the process to get my refund back. Never will I again go through this. Very frustrating

Second stay, significantly worse than the first
I’ve stayed at this hotel before and my previous experience was wonderful. But this time, there was no soap or shampoo in the room, the room and sheets smelled of old cigarette smoke, and the ac wouldn’t stay on or get cold at night. It was a rough stay with little rest.

Was a business trip and I had to stop to rest do to the long drive between Texas and Florida but the room wasn’t clean at all the floors were sticky and you can see all the dirt on the floor of the bathroom and all the steins on the floor and furniture like oily stains and the odors were very disgusting

The shower floor was so slippery that you couldn’t stand up. I had to put the bath mat in the shower to stand on while I showered. Very dangerous
