Nice clean comfortable hotel.
Lovely hotel located in the center of Bautzen which is steeped in history and character. The Hotel is comfortable and caters for all your needs.The food is good ,the staff are pleasant and helpful and there is a large secure car park.Excellent!

Very nice, clean hotel in a great location. Price is great booking through Expedia but doens't include Bfast or parking fees. No a/c in the room. View from the balcony is overrated. You have to hang over the balcony and look down the alley to see the buildings and tower.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Das Ein- und Auschecken lief super schnell und problemlos. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen und Problemen wurde schnell Abhilfe geschaffen. Parken auf dem Innenhof ist für die Dauer des Aufenthalts kostenlos möglich.

Das erste Mal von Best Western enttäuscht
Matratzen unkonfortabel, Bad ohne Heizung Duschen in der Badwanne. Keine Lademöglickeit auf einem teuer bezahlten Parkplatz. Für ein Best Western Plus einfach nicht in Ordnung. Werden dort garantiert nicht wieder einkehren.
