Remodeled home has a beautiful lakefront view with a private sand beach for relaxing!

White Sand Lake is great for fishing, boating, and any other fun recreational water activities. Situated right in Baxter Minnesota, the heart of cabin country, you have the convenience of grocery stores, restaurants, breweries, and a wide variety of entertainment in very close proximity to the cabin.

At the same time, you will still feel the relaxing and peaceful comforts of an up north cabin getaway!

The inside of the cabin includes a fully renovated modern kitchen, four smart TVs throughout the home, and an indoor movie theater. We also have a very cool heated game room in the garage featuring three TVs and a bar.

Outside provides a large yard, ready to be filled with a variety of yard games provided including badminton and volleyball. A large deck with a grill is perfect for family BBQ’s and looking out at the amazing waterfront. This cabin also includes a stand-up paddle board and canoe for use.

The Space:

The upstairs has two completely renovated bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a king bed in the main bedroom with a half bath attached and a queen in the second bedroom.

The downstairs includes three bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom is filled with two complete twin bunks beds and is known as the “Space Camp”! You’ll feel out of this world sleeping there! The second bedroom has a queen and a twin over twin bunk bed. Lastly, there is one more bedroom downstairs with a queen bedroom.

There is also plenty of room throughout the home for overflow sleeping. Whether you would like to set up an air mattress (one can be provided) or sleep on the large couches.

Please note: We welcome groups but are not looking to have parties of any kind hosted at this property.

Note: Due to maintenance, liability, and insurance we unfortunately cannot allow guests to use the fireplace at this time.

This home is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood in Baxter MN. It is just a few blocks off of Highway 210 so it is easily accessed.

Cleaning & Stocking Fee

We employ the highest quality professional housekeepers in the area. All bed linens are washed off-site, and towels are provided. Our cleaners use a line of eco-friendly, non-toxic products. They also stock the following items: shampoo, conditioner, liquid hand soap, individual bar soap, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, garbage bags, trash bags, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, sponges, and propane (estimated value of $50 per stay and is covered by the cleaning fee).

There is a minimum age requirement of 22 years for the responsible booking party. At MN REandM, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our guests.
