Our house was built to accommodate a large extended family, with plenty of room for grandparents, parents and children and is only a short walk to the beach. It is raised about 4 feet, with only 6 steps to climb, and has an occupancy limit of 12.
Our house has a large open kitchen/dining/den area featuring a kitchen with granite countertops and plenty of space to prepare meals. The den has a 54” TV smart TV and WiFi internet.
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed that sleeps 2. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and twin trundle bed that sleeps 4. Bedroom #3 has two bunk beds twin over full that sleeps 6. Bedroom #4 also has two bunk beds twin over full that sleeps 6.
The home has 2 full baths with separate sink areas and a full size washer and dryer. A large covered back porch, 10' x 50', featuring ceiling fans, porch swing, patio table with 6 chairs and 2 rocking chairs is available to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails.
Property has an “in ground” charcoal barbecue pit. Coals and lighter fluid are not provided.
A driveway with covered carport allows access from car to house in inclement weather. Located on a large lot, there’s ample off street parking for multiple vehicles/boats.
This is strictly a non-smoking home. Smoking outside is permitted but do not leave debris from smoking on the property. If debris has to be picked up, additional clean up fee will be deducted from deposit.
Small, well-mannered dogs (under 25 pounds) are welcomed but no cats are permitted due to owners allergies. Owner is open to exception on dog restriction after getting additional information from dog owner. Please note that there is no fenced in yard area. There is a non-refundable pet fee required. All dog droppings should be picked up. If not additional charge for dropping pick up may be deducted from deposit.
The minimum rental age is 25.
