Wow! Great property!
What a great home base for my family during Thanksgiving week! This house is everything it says it is and more. I seriously felt like I was a guest visiting family for the week. Too many awesome accommodations to list. The view out of the back windows, the bright coastal vibe, the home/audio setup, the huge/clean hot tub, the insanely awesome master bathrom!! What a neat house! Thanks, Joe for making our trip to the area a memorable one!

Amazing stay
Joe was an amazing and kind host. The house has the most unbelievably scenic backyard, with just incredible natural wild life. Was out of a movie. The house if very well equipped for everything you need and is in an amazing location - walk to beach or to town. Really, really an amazing stay.

Beautiful house and surroundings
We had a very nice stay for three days. Directions to get there were very accurate. We had a little trouble figuring out the locks on the doors, but Joe explained the correct way to lock and open the doors. Just an observation the house has everything you could possibly need, but the house is not suited for a person with disabilities. Otherwise it’s a perfect getaway.

Great house, okay stay
The home is beautiful and recently remodeled. The outside is gorgeous. We were turned off by the request to bring our own toilet paper and paper towels. The owner repeatedly asked to confirm that we were not going to use limos, party buses, have photo shoots, or have more than 12 guests. The owner's car was in the driveway making it difficult to turn our SUV around to leave. There was minimal storage for our own clothing as we stayed there 4 days with 7 total people. We had zero places to hang our winter jackets as the closet nearest the front door was full. The rear doors leading to the wood deck and spa was zip tied closed. We had 2 very small children in our group so we resorted to using the front door to access the backyard as the spiral staircase was difficult to manage with them. We did not feel at home at all.

An unforgettable trip - an AMAZING house!
This house exceeded our expectations ten times over. We came from Florida and stayed for 8 days for our wedding. Joe is an outstanding host. The house and grounds are immaculate & beautifully decorated. The bathroom alone got 5 stars! Literally the best shower I’ve ever taken. And the kids were blown away by the tv in the mirror. Every morning we walked to the water & were greeted by Waldo - the coolest duck there ever was. As soon as he hears the back door open he comes running in his fastest waddle. He was super friendly & ate right out of our hands. Little experiences like that mean so much. Our kids stayed in the bedroom downstairs & we couldn’t believe our eyes when we saw the picture hanging on the wall. It is of the Lake Worth Pier in West Palm Beach where we live. It was taken in the exact spot that my husband proposed to me. We all got chills! What are the chances? I highly recommend staying here. The quiet neighborhood, the incredible view from the deck, the hot tub … I could go on & on. Thank you, Joe for making my honeymoon perfect in every way. We will be back!

Unbelievable house!
This house is absolutely stunning, from the amazing grounds to every thoughtful finishing touch inside. The upstairs bathroom is incredible- steam shower, the fanciest toilet imaginable, heated floors and towel warmer!!! Couldn’t have been a better location for getting ready with my bridal party for my wedding.

Fantastic Friends Trip
This house is AMAZING, and perfect for a getaway with some friends. I was blown away by the view, the wildlife in the pond outside, and the hot tub (perfect as the evenings got a bit chilly in early October). My favorite time was the early morning - bringing a cup of coffee to the deck as the sun made its way up the sky was the best. There was plenty of room to hang out together and spread out for some alone time. There were quite a bit of house rules (including a warning against red drinks, washing linens before checking out, and more), but I can understand how much work the home owner has put into making this house so beautiful. This should not be viewed as a party house - I got a clear sense that neighbors are frustrated with loud music at late hours and driveways getting blocked. I worked hard to make sure that we were quiet and respectful, so I would skip if you are looking for a place to completely let loose.

Beautiful property!
The house and property were absolutely gorgeous and kept beautifully. Really enjoyed the scenery and the hidden gem at the end of the boardwalk. Check in process was extremely easy and contactless. The only complaint I would have is that we were expected to wash the towels at the end of our stay. Normally I would understand but for the high price we payed to stay here I think that should have be included in the cleaning fee. But overall I loved this property and would absolutely recommend it.
