Great Location!
This was a great choice for our recent "girl's weekend". The owner met us at the house for check-in and couldn't have been nicer. He made us feel right at home. The house is exceptionally clean. There is an abundant supply of towels, and the kitchen had everything needed for the cooking we did. It's located in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the walk to Pigeon Point Park. I would definitely stay there again!

Lovely cottage, great location!
Wonderful rental - well stocked with everything you need for a great vacation! Owners are very courteous and responsive, and Jim met us at the cottage. He took the time to give us a thorough walk-through and explained that he was just a short distance away should we need anything. Our only glitch was incorrect info from the “chat window”. I explained that one of our party uses a wheelchair for most of her daily activities and we require accessibility. The chat assistant advised that all bedrooms are on one floor. Once there, we saw steps at every door entrance to the cottage. Nonetheless, our 90YO mom was able to make it inside. Jim was apologetic and even offered to help carry her in. True gentleman!

Great size and location
The cottage was in a great location! It was very clean and had just about every appliance, utensil, and pots and pans that you would need to cook. Short walk to playground and boat dock. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful house in a great neighborhood. The owners are awesome and so helpful. The cottage is comfortable and cozy. Good location if you’re coming down for recruit graduation. We’ll be back. Highly recommend!

Amazing weekend stay!
We completely enjoyed every minute of our stay in this cottage. We could NOT have picked a better location. The house comes with more than you could possibly need to feel home away from home. Every detail listed for this house under estimates the true coziness and peaceful relaxing atmosphere provided by the owners. Lisa, Jim and family are truly warm friendly people who care about their guests stay and comfort. They were prompt about getting in touch to make the check in smooth and accommodating. Lisa gave suggestions on places to go and visit and directions to the area. I did not feel like a guest but a part of family while visiting. My children enjoyed the cottage as well and wanted to move in permanently after the first 10 minutes. The property is very close to the water with sightings of dolphins and wildlife. Downtown Beaufort is just blocks away but doesn’t feel that close while sitting on the deck listening to nature. This has truly been the best weekend rental experience I’ve ever had and it’s because of the friendly welcoming touch given by Lisa & Jim and the extremely comfortable house with amenities. We will return again and I will recommend this location to everyone I know!

PERFECTION!
This cozy cottage is fantastic! They nailed it on the beach vacation retreat design and the neighborhood is wonderful, with the water at the end of the road for dolphin watching and the awesome park for relaxing and playing. I can't say enough about Jim & Lisa, they go above and beyond providing EVERYTHING you might possibly need. It is clearly important to them that your stay in Beaufort is as wonderful as it can possibly be. Hospitality like that is a rare gem these days and it was so very much appreciated!
