The girl who checked us in was the only bright spot. The room was disgusting, covered with mold. There were dirty q-tips and cups under one of the beds. The other bed was broken and we spent all night thinking we would fall out of the bed. There were several spots of "unknown substances" smeared on the walls in several places. We were scheduled to stay three nights, but after the first night, we left. I spoke to the manager on duty the next morning and she said she processed a refund for our full amount, however, she did not and Expedia had to contact the company to initiate the refund. The surrounding area was nice, with lots of restaurants and stores, but the hotel itself was disgusting.

Nearly trapped in the elevator. Bugs in room. Room smelled like a wet basement. We checked out within 10 mins of checking in. Bathroom door didn't shut, one bed nearly fell over . Would only be happy there if I was doing illegal activities

Should be cheaper or free!

The only thing good was the nice reception worker. The room, floors, walls, doors, even ceiling were filthy and saw several bugs in bathroom including a large spider that came to visit while I was on the toilet. There was only one accessible outlet without moving furniture around. The pillows felt like the $5 pillows sold at Dollar General. I went to the front desk to ask for an extra blanket so that my kids didn’t have to share one and was told they didn’t have any clean and would have to wait a few hours. The handle to the room was broken and had aluminum ducting tape on it and the door only opened by pulling the handle upward. Smelled musty. Phone didn’t work in the room. Heard beeping all morning that sounded like a smoke detector.

Not a very nice facility. Cheap prices for a reason. Rooms outdated, property very unclean, Shady characters around the facility that i would not feel safe letting my children roam without supervision. Nice area of Beaufort, however. Would not stay here again. we actually left 1day early due to the uncleanliness and somewhat unsafe feeling.
