Not the best, not the worst.
Communication is a big problem with renter. Check-in was 3pm and it took 2 phone calls and a message to get the code to get in home. Only 1 trash bag provided, no ice or ice trays provided. No instructions for what to do on check out. Wifi password not provided. Make sure you have your passwords to streaming TV because you xant watch otherwise.

I received a confirmation of my reservation. On the day of the start of my stay, I asked for the code to the property. I was told that reservation needed to be cancelled. The owner stated that they had issues with accepting payments and could not accept my reservation. This was the first notice I had received that anything was wrong. It was then that I received notice of my refund. I was very frustrated and had to make last minute arrangements for lodging that evening.

Clean and convenient
Clean and comfortable! Had trouble contacting property manager but that was due to my lack of signal. Also missed the check in email … probably my signal again. All in all, nice stay!

My only complaint is something the owner has no control over, and tha would be people with loud exhaust racing down one of roads next the house.
