Bathroom issues. Towels had a smell the smell you get when they're not properly dried. Shower curtain torn. Used soap left behind in shower . Bedding not what I expected for price paid.

Booked a hotel for my driver to stay at. He drove 9.5 hrs to get there which he did not arrive until midnight & had to wake up at 6AM. The first room had blood on the sheets, hair, etc... he took pictures & went down to show them. They put him in another room & the bed was unmade, towels on floor in bathroom, trash in room. He finally had enough & left going to another hotel. I contacted Expedia since that's who I booked through & they denied it. So no refund, I got ahold of corporate & they had the GM contact me stating since he left on his own it's non refundable. Also since I didn't book through them they can refund.

There were roaches everywhere and the floor in half our room was wet. Strange people kept coming in and out of the parking lot repeatedly. Management told us to move from the entrance despite us only being there to be picked up.

The room was big, bed was hard. Asked for 1st floor was told they didn’t have any and all 1st floor was smoking rooms. The second you walked into property it reeked ok marijuana. Then get to room it smells musty and mildew. Got woken up twice by fire alarm going off at 2:55 and 3:45 am. I will never go back to that hotel again. It wasn’t the Super 8 I thought I was going to in the first place.

My stay was horrible!!! The smell of weed smoke was killing me an then the front desk was horrible an very rude when you talk to them an they don’t want to give your deposits back they try to play stupid like they don’t remember who you are this is a bad place to stay an they have bug
