We genuinely regret the inconvenience caused to you. Related to the late check in, after checking with the relevant department, unfortunately we did not receive information about your delayed flight, whether through third-party channels or mail. Regarding air conditioning in your room, it is due to local municipal guidelines, the cooling system is switched on from 15 April until when the weather turns again during autumn and winter. From your feedback, we will monitor the temperature and action accordingly. The above issues provided by you will be used to identify the areas of improvement needs and to better train our employees, all of which will help to continuously enhance the satisfaction levels of our valued guests.
